Because our products are custom printed to order, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production has started. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
